No account. No network. No data collection.
Uterine Septum Assist follows the same privacy-by-architecture principle as ObGynAssist — and goes further, because it needs even less.
- Fully offline. The app makes no network connections of any kind. There is no backend, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- No account, no sign-in. The app never asks who you are.
- On-device storage only. Saved case assessments are stored in a local file on your iPhone and never leave the device. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Sharing is always user-initiated. A PDF report leaves the device only when you explicitly share it through the iOS share sheet, to a destination you choose.
- We collect nothing. The developer receives no data from the app — its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”

Common questions
Why do the three systems disagree on my case? Because their published criteria genuinely differ — ESHRE/ESGE uses an indentation-to-wall ratio, ASRM 2021 combines depth with the indentation angle, and CUME anchors on a 10 mm depth cut-off. The app's Results tab shows each system's thresholds against your values so the disagreement is auditable, not mysterious.
Where are my saved reports? On your device only. Use the tray icon in the app's top-left corner. There is no cloud copy; keep your own PDF exports if you need a durable record.
Is this a diagnostic device? No. It is a decision-support and reference tool for qualified healthcare professionals. It does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace clinician judgment, local guidelines, or patient-specific decision making.
